GeoMD tailors a team of engineering, design and construction trade specialists. The GeoMD team is complimented with a full spectrum of specialty civil and structural engineering expertise. Structural services include Investigations of potential structural problems and their causes, including scoping of the overall magnitude and ultimately identification of problems with recommended solutions. Services typically include a field survey to document the existing structure, a review of existing plans when available, a description of the structural systems, and in some cases testing to expose foundation and framing elements. Depending on results, follow-up services my include engineering design and plan preparation for remedial repairs or new improvements including formal construction drawings and specifications suitable for permits and construction of all types of building structures. Plans are developed in conjunction with the GeoMD team of geotechnical engineers, civil engineers, architects and other consultants, as appropriate.
