Civil and utility specialty services include Investigations of potential utility and drainage problems and their causes. Services typically include a field survey, monitoring, scoping and leak detention to document existing utility, drainage and pavement conditions, a review of existing plans when available, a description of the systems, and in some cases testing to expose buried elements. Depending on results, follow-up services my include engineering design and plan preparation for remedial repairs or new improvements including formal construction drawings and specifications suitable for permits and construction of all types of civil and utility infrastructure. Plans are developed in conjunction with the GeoMD team of geotechnical engineers, civil engineers, architects and other consultants, as appropriate.
